Premium Warranty Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Premium Warranty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply in addition to our Return Policy, Shipping Information, Store Terms, and Support FAQ. This Premium Warranty provides enhanced protection for 24 months from the purchase date and is available only to the original purchaser of a vaporizer bought directly from MagicVaporizers.co.uk.
1. Eligibility
You must register your device within 30 days of shipping confirmation email through your MagicVaporizers account, by submitting:
- A clear photo of the device and the serial number
- A valid proof of purchase
The Premium Warranty must be purchased together with your device and cannot be added afterward.
The Premium Warranty is non-transferable and linked to the registered serial number and purchasing customer.
If the device is not registered within 30 days of delivery, the Premium Warranty becomes void and the device will only be covered under your standard base warranty rights.
If the vaporizer is purchased as a gift, the Premium Warranty must still be registered under the original purchaser’s email and MagicVaporizers account within 30 days of shipment. The gift recipient may contact us to update the contact email, but the warranty itself remains tied to the original order and purchaser.
2. What’s Covered
This Premium Warranty covers only the main vaporizer unit and its included charger, against defects or functional failures, including but not limited to:
- Device fails to power on or respond to button inputs
- Charging or battery faults, excluding normal wear
- Display defects, including blurring, flickering, or unreadable screens
- Boot failures and persistent error codes, for example ERR2, ERR3, ERR4
- Device not reaching or maintaining set temperatures
- Random shutdowns, continuous vibration, or abnormal noises
- Temperature sensors, heater, or internal airflow mechanism failure
3. What’s Not Covered
The Premium Warranty does not cover:
- Normal battery degradation from expected use
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration
- Damage to accessories or consumables, including dosing capsules, mouthpieces, o-rings, adapters, balloons, tools, and metal screens
- Faults caused by neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, water damage, or fire damage
- Issues caused by non-original cables, adapters, or third-party accessories
- Devices with visible signs of tampering, opened seals, or unauthorized repair attempts
Subjective experience issues are not covered, including but not limited to:
- “Not enough vapor”
- “Device feels too hot”
- “Feels weak compared to another model”
- “I don't like how it performs”
- “Doesn't work with my herb”
Any fault caused by not following usage instructions, incorrect grind size, improper packing, low-quality herbs, or poor inhalation technique is also excluded.
4. How to Claim
To file a Premium Warranty claim:
- Log in to your MagicVaporizers account and ensure the device is registered within 30 days of shipping. The device serial number must match your original order, and the Premium Warranty must be active and linked to your account.
- Submit a support request describing the issue.

Provide a continuous video showing:
- The serial number
- The fault in action, clearly visible
- Upload the video to our secure Dropbox link, which is provided by us during your claim.
- Follow any basic troubleshooting steps requested by our team to rule out user error.
We reserve the right to deny incomplete or invalid submissions.
5. Resolution Terms
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive a brand-new replacement device of the same model, or the closest available model if discontinued.
- You do not need to return the faulty unit unless specifically requested.
- All shipping costs related to the claim, both ways if applicable, are fully covered.
- If the issue is minor or isolated, for example charger or battery, we may provide a component replacement instead of a full unit.
- Each serial number is eligible for only one Premium Warranty replacement. Additional claims are evaluated under your statutory warranty only.
6. Abuse & Fraud Protection
We maintain a strict no-abuse policy:
- Any signs of tampering, duplicate serials, mismatched videos, or manipulated claims will void the warranty.
- Devices returned without being requested will not be reimbursed and may not be returned.
- We reserve the right to request return of the faulty device for inspection before issuing a replacement.
- Submissions found to be user error, lack of fault, or unrelated to the covered unit will be rejected.
- We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is due to user error or improper operation. All such evaluations are final and non-negotiable.
7. Refund & Cancellation
The Premium Warranty is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
If your order is canceled before dispatch, the Premium Warranty will be refunded in full.
8. Legal Compliance
This Premium Warranty is an optional commercial warranty enhancement. It is designed to simplify your experience by offering faster, more comprehensive coverage than the base warranty and with higher priority support.
This Premium Warranty is a voluntary, paid extension that provides:
- Instant replacements to a brand-new device, instead of repairs
- All shipping and any return costs are covered by us
- Streamlined support with priority handling
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this offer.
In Summary, Key Conditions
- You must register your device within 30 days of purchase.
- Only one replacement per device or serial number is allowed.
- Coverage excludes cosmetic damage, glass parts, accessories, and user error.
- Claims without valid serial number, full video proof, and troubleshooting will be denied.
- Complaints such as “no vapor”, “feels too hot”, or “don’t like it” are not considered valid faults.
- We reserve the right to deny fraudulent, altered, or abusive claims.
By purchasing the Premium Warranty at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is timestamped and securely stored at the time of purchase as legal proof of agreement.
